1. Fixed supply and decimals

GCAT has a fixed total supply of 500,000,000 tokens and 18 decimals. The active core contract does not expose an administrative mint path for expanding that supply. Users should still verify the active address and the current on-chain totalSupply value rather than relying on token symbols in a wallet.

2. Initial 75/20/5 allocation

The deployment allocation uses three published buckets. The launch-liquidity wallet received 375,000,000 GCAT, the treasury and staking reserve received 100,000,000 GCAT, and the team wallet received 25,000,000 GCAT.

  • Team5% · 25,000,000 GCAT

3. Team, treasury, and LP locks

The 25,000,000 GCAT team allocation and 95,000,000 GCAT long-term treasury reserve use public PinkSale / PinkLock V2 vesting records. Both start from June 28, 2026 at 02:00 UTC, with a 0.56% TGE amount and 1.63% release per 30-day cycle until the cap is reached.

Separately, the project-owned LP position is locked through June 24, 2031 at 00:00 UTC. Token vesting and LP locking constrain different assets and should not be treated as interchangeable evidence.

4. Fees and staking funding

The GCAT token contract applies a fixed 0% token fee to buys and a fixed 1% ecosystem fee to sells through a registered pool. Network gas, DEX price impact, and slippage are separate costs and are not part of the token fee.

The 5,000,000 GCAT staking bootstrap came from the treasury allocation and was deposited into the finite incentive pool. Funding a reward pool changes where existing tokens are held; it does not change total supply.

5. Reconcile the allocation instead of reading percentages alone

The three initial buckets reconcile to the fixed supply: 375,000,000 GCAT for launch liquidity, 100,000,000 GCAT for treasury and staking, and 25,000,000 GCAT for the team total 500,000,000 GCAT. The treasury and staking bucket then separates into the published 95,000,000 GCAT long-term treasury vesting record and the 5,000,000 GCAT staking bootstrap. That second-level reconciliation matters because labeling the full 100,000,000 as both locked treasury and staking funding would double count the same allocation.

Percentages are only a summary. To audit the claim, start from totalSupply at the official token address, identify the initial distribution transfers, match the team and treasury lock transactions to the correct asset and beneficiary, and match the two staking-funding transactions to the staking contract. Preserve token units and decimals during the calculation so a formatted explorer value is not confused with raw wei units.

6. Use a repeatable tokenomics audit

A useful tokenomics review should be reproducible on a later date. Record the token address, chain ID, totalSupply result, allocation transaction hashes, vesting identifiers, LP-lock identifier, staking-funding receipts, and the observation time for any current balance. Label each item as contract configuration, dated event, or mutable state. If a figure cannot be traced to one of those records, treat it as an unverified project statement.

This method also prevents unrelated facts from being combined into a stronger claim than the evidence supports. A fixed supply does not guarantee scarcity in a market, a vesting schedule does not guarantee orderly selling, a funded incentive pool does not guarantee future payouts, and a fee destination does not guarantee how the recipient will use funds. The guide reports the mechanics and custody evidence without converting them into a return forecast.

Sources and evidence

Dated transactions prove historical events; balances, ownership, readiness, and quotes must be checked again when used.
